By using the Waterproofing Project Report the user allow K to be inspired by the topics in the reports for the purpose of making generic content on the platform to inspire other members.

 

Terms of membership and consulting services

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered into with K:
By "Member", "Company", "Client" or "Customer" is meant the company that enters into the agreement with K.
By "UserAdmin" is meant the person at Member Company who manages the agreement and Users
By "Users / User" is meant any person who is authorised by the customer to work with the customer's solutions, and as a result, has been made a User on the platform.
The Client is always responsible for providing K with the latests active drawings and/or specifications etc. relevant to the project.
All memberships on K are subject to these general user conditions, as well as to the special conditions that apply to the current membership.

K cannot be held responsible for the final outcome of support, inspiration, and suggested waterproofing solutions.
Services received from K in connection with memberships and other support may not be resold to third parties, just as the content may not be used as a basis for the sale of courses, webinars, nor any other teaching.
It is the responsibility of the Member Company or the user to ensure that the content posted on the Company's page on WaterproofingPilot.com, or provided in the form of reports or otherwise, is in accordance with what has been agreed and is in line with real-world conditions, drawings, descriptions and the like.

 

 

WATERPROOFING STARTER

Membership name: Waterproofing STARTER (WPS)

The membership gives users access to log in to the contracting company's WPS page via the assigned unique link and use the services that are freely available. K does not assume responsibility for the outcome of the users' use of the content. Unless otherwise agreed, a company can have unlimited users being signed up as long as these users are employees of the company. Free services included in the membership can be changed, expanded, or limited by K at any time. It is the company's responsibility that users have legitimate access to the company's site and subscriptions. The company must, therefore, in its own interest, notify K of changes in the user group upon resignations and resignations. This applies to all services at K.

In order to improve the Effect of Tools, Explainers and Inspirationals K can change the content inside Generic Products and Services as new Experiences and Ideas appear, 

 

Membership period

• The company STARTER membership is a lifetime membership
• There is a one-time entrance fee to be paid and from there on there will be no more membership renewals or membership payments

Startup procedure

• User Admin signs the membership agreement by using the dedicated form (link is given in the quote along with an ID number to be used when confirming)
• Then the Company platform/hub including the User company logo as part of the header will be set up
• User Admin sends user information by using the premade form made by K
• The hub will be briefly presented to User Admin via web-meeting or in a short video
• Corrections to the hub, if any, will be made at this point
• To have the company hub opened to the company users, the entrance fee has to be paid
• After the payment has been received, the platform will become available to the users, and onboarding process will be initiated

User admin

• You can only add members of your own organization (company) If you add people outside your org. they will have access to all of your content. When collaborating with other companies (typically about projects) please ask them to get in touch with us, and we'll do what is possible to meet the requirements.
• It is the responsibility of your account admin to remove users when these leaves your company. If you fail to remove the user, their access to your content will be open.

• The WATERPROOFING ACADEMY (lifetime included) is an organic, constantly growing, and member engagement driven knowledge platform. The User Admin accept the status of the content at the point of entrance.

 

Content use rights and conditions

• Content on the platform can be used within its limits for own company related purposes
• The content may not be sold directly to third parties
• It is the responsibility of the user to make sure that content is aligned with the actual conditions when used on projects

 

Waterproofing BASIC

• The membership is free
• The member can terminate the membership at any given time
• The intention of the membership is to create an interest for improved waterproofing, and to provide the member with basics for a proactive waterproofing mindset
• To get the information provided, the BASIC member accept to receive short "news lists" (listing the latest new content on the platform) The list is distributed once a month.
• K decides which content will be accessible to the members (and which content will be restricted)

 

Termination of agreements and memberships

If there has been no activity on a membership platform, a project page, or the like for a period of at least 180 days K reserves the right to remove the content from the platform.
It is the responsibility of the company and/or the user to ensure the download of any desired project content.
The company can terminate agreements with K at any time. To ensure agreement on the termination date, terminations must be made in writing to K (via E-mail)
After termination the Company Page will still be active to the users (requires login) for the company to access own content. Content that requires a higher access level will not be accessible.
If K finds that a Member is acting in contradiction with the overall purpose of the WaterproofingPILOT.com or if K find that there is an abnormal amount of use of services, K will contact the company to straighten out things and to ensure that terms and conditions are being followed. Ultimately K can terminate any membership.

WATERPROOFING HOTLINE

Membership is an extension of the WPS and WP BACKEND services, with subsequent terms added. Membership is conditional on the company holding an active "WaterProofing HOTLINE" voucher. When the last clip on the voucher is used, the company will receive a comprehensive report, plus a notification that the voucher will automatically be renewed after 8 days, unless K has received a written (E-mail) cancellation. If consumption of clips in a session extends beyond available capacity on the current voucher, renewal takes place automatically. A session is at least 15 minutes long and corresponds to a clip in the "WaterProofing HOTLINE" voucher, and it is agreed upon ad-hoc if several clips are used in the current session. After each HOTLINE session, the user receives a report, according to the agreed scope, which is posted in the reporting section on the company's page. A booked session can be canceled free of charge up to 2 hours before the event. Absence or cancellation within 2 hours before the scheduled event entails full payment of a clip in the "WaterProofing HOT-LINE" voucher. Access to the company's "WaterProofing HOT-LINE" platform may not be shared with 3rd parties.

WATERPROOFING PILOT

The “WaterproofingPilot” services is to be compared to a naval pilot. The service is an extension of the qualifications onboard the project, working entirely in the interests of the structure. But all decisions and all liabilities lies with the project owner and or management. No matter what consultancy service provided, the customer is always responsible for keeping K up to date with new revisions and versions of any project materials such as specifications and drawings. K does not accept automated distribution of all project material. The reason for this is only a fraction of the normally distributed materials are related to the waterproofing. K does not have the resources to trawl all project info to identify waterproofing relevans. The WP-PILOT services must not be copied and/or sold to third parties.
