This dramatic error was missed by the QC Inspector due to not knowing what a slight color difference could possibly indicate.
On this particular project, they were lucky. They had QC-ASSIST incorporated as an extra security measure.

Missing such minor spots can cost dearly later. It's a known fact that an average leak-repair will cost approximately 10.000€.

And the QC process IS the last resort before it becomes expensive.

When we assist QC-Inspectors we deal with the matter as a sort of "Pre-Forensics".

This means that we start by going through all specifications, drawings, product-brochures, Self-control reports, weather conditions and more.

This routine gives us an indication of what to initially focus on - because we have seen most of the typical errors before.
